Over a rigorous two-decade submarine career, Eric earned elite naval watchstanding and leadership qualifications. These include Chief of the Boat, Department Head, Maintenance, Chief of the Watch, Diving Officer of the Watch (DOOW), Pilot, and Navy Scuba Diver.
