Military History

20 years of sustained military leadership, planning, and execution. Retired Yeoman Submarine Senior Chief Petty Officer who qualified the highest enlisted qualification in the Submarine Force - Chief of the Boat. He was awarded the Agency Program Coordinator award in 2016, recognized as the best CITI Bank Program manager in the Navy and has earned the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (5 awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (5 awards), Navy Expeditionary Medal, Arctic Service Medal, Meritorious Unit Commendation, and various other unit and personal awards.

About Eric

Eric was born in Port Jervis, NY and moved to Coldwater, Michigan at the age of 6 years old. He moved to Tennessee when he was 20 where he decided to join the elite Submarine Force in 2012. He is now married with 3 children. He enjoys golf, competitive billiards, gardening, and watching his kids play sports.

Eric is not your typical Submarine Senior Chief Petty Officer. He is a top-performing leader who has earned the respect of his former Naval peers, Submarine Base Civilian contractors, and various Electric Boat Program Managers and supervisors.
